Built by Kems Construction LLC under Ed Doherty’s direction, the home features a stone-clad water table, full-height stone chimneys, three-car garage façade, and a series of dramatic stone arches that frame the rear elevation. The arches march along a covered patio overlooking a reflecting pool, outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, and pool — a tour-de-force of outdoor living that nods to old-world masonry while feeling distinctly modern.

Inside, the same Boston Blend® Round continues as a soaring great-room fireplace and rounded hearth detail in the kitchen, carrying the exterior material through every public space and creating a seamless flow from courtyard to interior.

Master mason Victor Gonzales of Victor & Sons Masonry installed every square foot of the 3,024 SF flat veneer and 350 LF of corners — a meticulous build that earned its place in front of Matt McNamara’s lens.
