At Stoneyard Inc., we take pride in providing high-quality natural stone products and related materials. Due to the nature of our products and the custom processes involved in fulfilling each order, all sales are final.
This means:
- No returns will be accepted once an order has been fulfilled.
- No refunds will be issued for any product or material purchased.
- No credits or exchanges are available for unused or excess materials.
We strongly recommend that customers:
- Confirm measurements carefully before placing an order.
- Order the correct quantity of materials to avoid shortages or overages.
- Review all samples prior to making a purchase decision.
- Read and understand our Terms & Conditions before completing any transaction.
Damaged or Defective Products
All products are inspected before shipment. In the rare event that an item is received damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by calling 978-742-9800 or emailing sa***@*******rd.com. We will review the issue and determine if a remedy is available under our Terms & Conditions.
Custom and Special Orders
Custom, special-order, and made-to-order products are manufactured or prepared specifically for each customer. As such, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production or preparation has begun.
