Summary
We’re seeking a dynamic and flexible Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role offers a unique blend of inside and outside sales responsibilities within the building materials industry. If you’re motivated by developing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and have a knack for technology, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Inside & Outside Sales: Develop and execute both inside and outside sales strategies, including lead generation, prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals.
- Multi-Channel Management: Manage sales across various channels (digital, phone, in-person), ensuring seamless interactions and preventing overlaps.
- Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients, including dealers, contractors, and direct customers.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing on content gathering (photos, videos) for use in sales and marketing materials.
- Technology Integration: Leverage technology tools like CRM, QuickBooks, mapping software, email platforms, and Google Suite products to streamline sales processes.
- Adaptability: Embrace and adapt quickly to changes in the role, market trends, and technological advancements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in sales, preferably in the building materials industry or a related field.
- Flexibility: Proven ability to thrive in both inside and outside sales environments
- Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
- Technology Savvy: Working knowledge of Google Suite, CRM software, QuickBooks, mapping software, and email platforms.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Pay: $54,673.00 – $74,900.00 per year
