Have a question regarding the drainage system behind a thin stone veneer?

I work for a GC and we’re installing this on the outside of a new bank we’re building. There are two methods of drainage behind the stone veneer – either a stick on vapor barrier or a cavity for water to drain through. I’m not sure if you will be able to help me with this one but I was wondering if there was a preferred method?

Nicole: We recommend using the Laticrete MVIS System to pair with the install of our thin stone veneer. You’ll want to use the Air & Water Barrier on top of the substrate you’re adhering the stone to.
