I just wanted to send you a short note to let you know how great Rachel Prince has been to me. I’ve been in touch with Stoneyard about projects on and off for a couple of years. I’ve interacted with a few folks and, while everyone was nice, Rachel goes above and beyond, with a great attitude to boot! She was responsible for my recent order, which I have had to cancel because of health problems and subsequent financial stress. From quote to present day, Rachel was amazing –  knowledgeable, on top of dates and updates, and even made a special concession to hold my veneer for me until I had a better sense of what was happening personally. It’s not often that employees in customer facing positions get the recognition they should. It’s more often complaints. But you’ve got an excellent employee there in Rachel to represent Stoneyard.
